Returns Policy
Our goal at banni is to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, please reach out to customer service for assistance. To initiate a return, you must submit a request and send the product(s) back within 14 days from the delivery date. Please note that returns outside this period will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original shipping address.
Returned items will be credited as store credit rather than a refund to the original form of payment. You can use your store credit on future purchases, and we’ll have plenty of new drops for you to explore and enjoy!
How to ship your product(s)
When returning items, please ensure you include the following:
- Condition: All products must be in new and unused condition with labels and tags still attached and intact.
- Barcode: These must match the returning product(s).
- Original Packaging: Include all original protective packaging, such as the banni complimentary box and case.
- Item Matching: Ensure all items returned match those specified in your return request.
Pack the items in sealed box. Send your tracking number information to returns@banni.us with your order number as the subject line.
Please note
- Items returned outside of the specified guidelines will not be accepted and will be sent back to your shipping address.
- banni must verify receipt of the product before return process can be started.
