how do i order on banni?

After placing your order, we will send a confirmation email. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, please reach out to customer care.

When your order ships from our warehouse, you'll receive another email with a tracking number.

Each pre-order item will have an estimated shipping date listed on the product page. Please note that these dates are approximate and may change. If your order includes both currently available items and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately, though you will only be charged once for shipping. Orders with pre-order items having different estimated shipping dates will be sent together based on the latest expected delivery date.
You will receive a confirmation email when your package is shipped. Pre-order items can only be purchased with a credit card.
